The program is designed for women in the tech industry who are ready to take their careers to the next level. It is ideal for those aiming for leadership or senior management roles and seeking personalised guidance from experienced tech leaders.

You can join the program by signing up for the waitlist. We run two cohorts every year Jan/Feb and July/Aug. Once you join the waitlist, you will be contacted with further information.

The program consists of 5 sessions in total, spread across a 5-month period. We run 2 co-horts across the year, one in Jan/Feb and the other July/Aug.

Your mentor will provide personalised guidance tailored to your career goals. This includes navigating workplace dynamics, enhancing your leadership skills, and strategising for career advancement. Mentors are experienced leaders in the tech industry committed to helping you succeed.

Yes — we actively encourage both women and men in leadership roles to apply as mentors. Male allies play a critical role in advancing gender equity in tech. If you're passionate about supporting the next wave of female leaders and committed to inclusive leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

Mentors are seasoned professionals in executive-level positions. They are chosen for their expertise, leadership qualities, and commitment to mentoring the next generation of women in tech.

The mentorship sessions are primarily held virtually, making it accessible no matter where you are. However, if schedules and locations align, mentors and mentees may choose to meet in person.

Mentors are matched based on your career goals, industry experience, and specific needs. While you may not choose your mentor directly, we ensure that the pairing is well-suited to help you achieve your objectives.
