Eglantine Etiemble

Eglantine is a skilled global executive and the current CTO of Pexa, She has led teams and delivered complex projects in consulting and manufacturing across 20 countries in Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific. She is a catalyst for innovation and transformation, with a proven track record in implementing new operating models, Agile methodologies, and driving technology transformation and mergers and acquisitions. Eglantine co-designs business strategies with executive peers, leads with clarity and mobilizes teams even through change. She promotes diversity and provides informal coaching to her peers on technology’s role in business transformation. In her spare time, Eglantine is building Boomerang Factory, a startup that helps employees develop new skills through experiential learning opportunities.

Cathryn Arnold

Cathryn Arnold has been in the airline industry for almost three decades, where she grew from being in the airline call centre to CTO (Chief Technology Officer) to one of Australia's well-known airlines, Jetstar. Cathryn has a wealth of experience in multiple areas from Operational, Commercial, Customer, Digital and Technology. She has worked globally in the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Her passion is in working for companies with a strong purpose, that have critical problems to be solved, and that require a unique balance of transformational change and customer connection with a people-driven focus. She fundamentally believes, that Technology, Digital and Data are major building blocks as well as change-makers driving all businesses forward. "My belief is that Leadership is not only in what you do but how you show up."

Amelia Forbes

As the Chief Technology Officer at IBM Australia, Amelia has the privilege of leading a highly skilled and talented technical community comprised of specialists, engineers, data scientists, architects, and designers. Her primary focus lies in assisting clients in achieving organisational transformation and disrupting industries by strategically implementing hybrid cloud and AI solutions. Her approach to deploying disruptive technologies involves a comprehensive understanding of the intricate relationship between business and technology objectives. She works closely with CIOs and senior IT leaders, consistently utilising these methodologies to foster innovation and drive business success. As a CTO, she also possesses over 15 years of expertise in various IT domains, including hybrid cloud, AI, multimedia, software development, design, usability, project and program management, and business process transformation and reengineering. Beyond her role at IBM, you can find her engaged in activities such as tending to her garden, exploring snow-covered slopes, or satisfying my love for travel.
