Her focus at EY is on leveraging cutting-edge technologies like generative AI to drive productivity and innovation, and she actively contributes to discussions on the societal and regulatory implications of these advancements.

Krithika Hansen

Krithika Hansen is the Chief People Officer at TelstraSuper, where she is responsible for leading all people and culture initiatives. With over 15 years of international executive experience, she has worked across large and medium-sized organisations in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Krithika's expertise includes driving employee engagement, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies that help build strong, inclusive workplace cultures. Before joining TelstraSuper in October 2021, she held senior roles at BHP Billiton, Coles, and Pitcher Partners. Krithika is recognised for her work in advancing gender equality and diverse cultures and has been part of initiatives like the G20 Empower Consortium
